Robot as a Service (RaaS) is a new solution using the latest information technologies to perform business processes by introducing digital employees to the company's infrastructure that perform tasks which have been performed by human employees until now. Digital employees operate and interact with enterprise IT infrastructure just as people do, but in an automated manner. This allows robots to perform repetitive and not very interesting tasks, which were performed so far by humans, and allows human employees to focus on interesting, creative and valuable activities.
